    Parking + Arrival
    A private parking lot sits just steps from the studio entrance, making arrival effortless and discreet. Plan to come a few minutes early to transition from your day, settle into the space, and ease into a calm, unhurried appointment.

    Studio Experience
    Inside, the studio shifts into something more intentional: minimal, thoughtfully composed, and entirely one-on-one. The atmosphere is quiet and immersive, designed for focused attention, precise work, and an unhurried rhythm.     Consultation Requirements
    A consultation is required for Microfeathering and Pigment Removal. For all other services, it’s optional. A Founder’s Consultation is available for a more tailored plan.

    The collection is fully vegan, plant- based and cruelty-free, crafted on the West Coast in small batches with a focus on purity, skin intelligence and effective simplicity.

    Pregnancy & Postpartum Support
    Each formula is intentionally minimal and fragrance-free to support skin through the shifts of pregnancy and postpartum. However, retinol is not recommended during pregnancy, and it’s important to check with your doctor before beginning any routine.

    Timing Facials After Injectables
    Please allow 48 hours after Botox and two weeks after filler before your facial. This honors your skin’s settling period and supports optimal results. Your injector’s post-care always takes priority, and I’ll tailor your facial timing to their recommendations.

    Tailored Care for Sensitive, Reactive, and Acne-Prone Skin
    I work extensively with complex, sensitive skin. Treatments center on barrier repair, microbiome support, and real-time adjustments to your skin’s pace.

    Scheduling Brows, Lashes, and Facials Together
    Many clients prefer to pair services for a more seamless visit to Kroh. Brow Microfeathering and pigment removal are scheduled separately, but most other brow, lash, and facial treatments can be combined with ease. Availability is shown online, and you’re welcome to reach out for guidance if you’d like a thoughtfully coordinated appointment.

    Preparing for Your Brow Appointment
    For your best result, allow about 8 weeks of growth. Avoid retinoids, acids, and strong exfoliants around the area for 3–5 days before your visit.

    Guidance for Brow Regrowth
    Yes. By pausing at-home tweezing, refining only what’s essential, and using growth-supportive products when needed, we can encourage your brows to regain their soft, natural fullness.

    I focus on lash lifts and select enhancements that keep the lash line healthy and comfortable. The approach is understated and naturally lifted, clean, refined lashes for women who prefer effortless sophistication. My goal is for your lashes to be truly yours: healthy, long, full, and beautifully low-maintenance.

    Preparing for Your Lash Lift
    If possible, arrive with clean, mascara-free lashes and avoid waterproof formulas for 48 hours. Skip curling for a week. If you wear contacts, remove them and bring glasses. Please shower beforehand as your lashes will need to stay dry for 24–48 hours.

    Lash Lift Longevity
    Lash lifts typically hold for 6–12 weeks, shaped by your growth cycle. As new lashes come in, the lift gradually softens. I’ll help you time your next visit so the effect remains refined.

    Mascara After a Lash Lift
    After 24-48 dry hours, non-waterproof mascara is perfectly fine. Most clients discover the lift gives them all the definition they want, without mascara at all.

    A private, personalized brow session shaped around your goals, growth patterns, and the way your brows naturally frame your features. We study your natural brow structure, growth patterns, and ideal shape, your complete brow design, with a detailed, quiet eye. Then we refine it through intuitive shaping, soft definition, and light-handed techniques. A custom brow wax and tint are included to enhance your natural dimension with subtle, refined polish.

    Microfeathering Explained
    A tailored brow enhancement using fine feather strokes with natural shading that blend effortlessly with your own hair for a soft, dimensional finish. Microfeathering is a lighter, more restrained approach than traditional microblading, delicate, seamless, and designed to create that effortless “they’re simply her brows” effect.

    Consultation Requirements for Microfeathering
    This service begins with a required consultation, available in person or virtually. If you have existing semi-permanent brow pigment, it must be faded first. My Pigment Removal Service may be an option. I’m always available for questions.

    Appointment timing
    The first session runs 1.5–2 hours. Your perfecting visit, about 1 hour, is booked 4-6 after the initial appointment.

    Downtime Expectations
    You may notice mild swelling and a deeper initial color that softens over the week. Aftercare is essential: limit sweating for one week and avoid retinoids, acids, and exfoliants for two weeks prior, and chemical peels, lasers, or Botox for six weeks before your appointment.

    Candidate Criteria for Microfeathering
    Microfeathering suits those who prefer a natural, softly refined brow and have some existing hair to support a seamless, authentic result.

    If the skin is extremely thin, reactive, or very oily, we’ll evaluate thoughtfully and determine whether this approach is the right fit.

    Longevity of Microfeathering
    Results typically last 12–18 months, depending on skin type, lifestyle, and care. Because the strokes are intentionally fine and natural, they fade with a softer, more refined finish than traditional brow tattoos. A maintenance visit can be scheduled whenever you feel ready for a subtle refresh.

  • Pigment Removal (Li-FT™ Saline Method)
    A refined saline technique using the Li-FT™ method to gently lift and lighten unwanted pigment. The process creates precise micro-channels that draw pigment toward the surface, allowing it to fade cleanly and safely while preserving the integrity of your skin.

    Pigment Removal Consultation
    A calm, expert-led review of your brows, your goals, your history, and whether pigment removal is the right next step. Together, we’ll assess candidacy and map a clear, seamless plan forward. You’ll receive a refined pre-procedure guide to help your skin arrive balanced, supported, and ready.

    During Your Appointment
    You’ll relax into a calm, comfortable setting as a topical numbing agent is applied. Precise micro-channels are created to lift the pigment toward the surface, leaving the skin clean, supported, and ready to heal.

    Timing + Session Flow
    Each 60-minute session includes time for removal, numbing, preparation, progress photos, and any questions you may have. Between treatments, we allow a full 6–8 weeks for the skin to restore, recalibrate, and heal with integrity.

    Sessions
    Most clients require between 2–8 sessions, depending on skin type, pigment depth, and the result you’re looking to achieve. Your exact plan is determined after your consultation and first treatment, ensuring everything is tailored to how your skin responds.

    Healing
    Allow 6–8 weeks between sessions for the skin to fully restore. Redness is expected immediately after treatment, followed by light scabbing as the area begins to lift and repair.
