What to expect as you book and arrive for your appointment:

• Each time you visit me, you are required to sign the digital waiver on my website. 

• I have a updated client waiver that will be sent via text prior to your appointment.

• I ask that you carefully read over, and sign it at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. 

• The waiver MUST be signed in order for you to receive your service.

• Please come to your appointment alone. No extra guests will be permitted at this time in order to follow distancing guidelines. No exceptions. When you arrive, please stay in your car or outside of my salon, and I will text you when it’s okay to come inside. 

• Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes before you appointment.

• Wear a clean mask at all times. No exceptions.

• When you arrive, I will ask you to wash your hands, sanitize and take a temperature check, following I will ask you a series of health questions. 

• I ask that there is no talking when I am working on you, please. Because of the nature of my services, we can not socially distance 6 feet apart, so I am enforcing this extra precaution, even with our masks on.

• I will not be talking during your service. Please come in and enjoy relaxing.

• I will be wearing a N95 mask with a mask, a face shield, goggles and gloves.

• My studio has a Hepa Air Purifier running all day. I have invested in all the best equipment, to ensure our safety.

• All tools and surfaces will be wiped thoroughly with hospital grade disinfectant before and after each client according to the manufacturer's directions.

• Please limit touching products and surfaces in my work studio.

• If you’ve experienced any symptoms in the prior 30 days, please cancel and reschedule your appointment. 

• Contactless checkout is preferred. Add a card on file or Venmo please.

• Only clients with an appointment will be able to enter the salon, no walk-ins.

• Debbie Kroh agrees to abide by these standards and affirms the same.
